You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. We will contact you to confirm items that are backordered and will tell you when they will be available for shipment.
No refunds on bicycles, frames, skateboards, or longboards. Apparel and some merchandise can be returned within 30 days. No returns on closeout items. If there are any defects with anything you purchased from us, please contact us directly to discuss. You must receive a return authorization number. You can either bring it to our store or ship it back addressed to:

We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used or not in its original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable.
